Strip Heaters
Common Applications
Strip Heaters are typically used in clamp-on installations and convection-style air heating. Strip heaters are commonly bolted or clamped to a surface for freeze protection and moisture protection, tank and kettle heating, air heating, air ovens, load banks, and other applications involving dies, molds, plastic forming and sealing.
Watt densities appropriate for the application and sheath material that can withstand the environment are important when choosing a strip heater.
Features
* Clean, dependable heat with temperatures up to 1200ºF and watt densities up to 40 watts per square inch.
